Directly reporting to the General Manager, you would have overall responsibility for the service provided to the customer.  You will be working to ensure the operation is effectively managed and of the highest quality to satisfy both internal and customer requirements.

Being an exceptional leader you will be responsible for managing, leading and mentoring Process Leaders, whilst assisting them with managing their team ensuring they are motivated, trained and have the necessary skills and attitude required to carry out their tasks. Utilising your strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads you will be responsible for ensuring contract targets are achieved. You will be expected to put your problem solving skills into practice when taking ownership of any corrective actions whilst continuously improving KPI performance.

We are welcoming applications from those who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, who have a proactive approach to cost and service performance improvements.  This position will suit someone who has experience of implementing and monitoring contract budgets and the ability to ensure that all legislative requirements are satisfied including all environmental matters.

In this customer facing position it is paramount that you can develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the customer and can deal with Employee relations issues as and when required.
