Training equips individuals with the skills to achieve the operational outcomes our customers expect. This is why R&HA have been liaising with UNITE to provide a programme of functional skills in English and Maths. Plus we have appointed The Intraining Group - one of Britain’s leading national training providers of workplace apprenticeships, skills and qualifications.

R&HA is committed to giving our people the relevant leadership and management skills

Improving the leadership and management skills within Rudolph & Hellmann Automotive is key to building productivity, securing profitability and ensuring our competitiveness. It’s also a key factor in fostering innovation, unlocking the potential of our people and ensuring we have the right strategies to drive growth moving forward.

Any individuals demonstrating the ambition to be a team leader or progress their management role within the business will be offered the chance to complete the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 2 and 3 qualifications. These two highly respected qualifications will be delivered through a modern apprenticeship programme lasting 12 months.
