Wayne Harris Zambia Charity Walk Success!

Wayne Harris Zambia Charity Walk Success!

Despite a severe knee injury, Wayne managed to complete the charity walk which raised vital funds to build a school for 4-11 year old orphans in Zambia.

Wayne was part of a team of seven people from his local church, The Bethel Christian Fellowship involved in the charity walk.

A running total to date stands at £4,500

With kind contributions from ZF Lemforder, Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive and staff, Wayne raised £800 by completing his charity walk, which took place on Saturday 18th July. This boosted the total funds raised so far to its impressive tally of £4,500.

Construction work on the new school starts this winter!

Wayne takes a very hands on approach – later this year he is travelling to the site in Zambia where he will be involved in the construction work.
We wish Wayne all the best and look forward to reporting on the build progress in our Winter Newsletter.
