Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive recognising Home Grown Timber

Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive is delighted to congratulate a number of our team for their well deserved promotions in our Oxford operation. Between them they have over 35 years of Automotive Logistics experience with the company.

Conscientiousness, dedication, experience, training and given the right tools to develop, they have flourished in their job roles and moved up the ladder of success.

As an organisation, we recognise the rewards to the business that career development and staff training bring. Some of our workforce has been with us for over ten years, demonstrating that retaining experienced personnel is very important to us.

We understand too, career development and training programs play a determining factor in career advancement; that is why Rudolph and Hellmann continue to support staff in job related courses.

However investment in people needs to work both ways, with associates seeing career opportunities and a culture of promoting home grown talent as a key tenant of Rudolph and Hellmann’s HR strategy.

“I have recently been promoted from Shift Manager to Operations Manager. I have been with Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive for 7 years and they have given me a great opportunity to progress from the grass roots of the operation to Operations Manager. I think that I have proved that if you put in the effort and application then Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive will give you every opportunity for career progression. I have recently become a father for the first time so this is currently a very challenging and exciting period of my life!” Ian Reilly.

“I started working for Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive in July 2006 as a Tow Train driver. I have progressed through various roles practicing and improving my IT skills and providing a flexible and proactive IT support to the Operational and Project Teams. In September 2011 I was promoted to the IT Systems Supervisor position and then almost a year and a half later an opportunity became available to take the responsibility for IT/Stats sector in Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive as an IT & Systems Manager.” Mariusz Stawinski

“I joined the company as a Graduate Logistics Trainee and within a year I received training in the Projects and Stats department, also assisting in the preparation of ISO9001:2008 certification for ZF Lemforder’s plant in Darlaston. I have recently been promoted to the Logistics Analyst position and been made responsible for estimation of resources; both associates and machinery, which are critical both from the Financial and Operational sides of the business. I am very flexible and have a strong academic background that’s why investing time in learning and taking on new training is something I am always looking forward to. I believe that process specification and their adherence, effective training management and most of all creating safe work environments are essential building blocks for any organisation.” Karolina Mielewczyk
