MINI Adventure Massive Family Fun in the sun

Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive were invited to take part in a Family Day at Plant Oxford. This was an opportunity for associates’ families to get a close-up look at the production facilities and gain an insight into working lives at the plant. 8,000 visitors were expected but the actual total was closer to 12,000 during the course of the day.
Every guest treated like a VIP
Employees and their families were invited to tour the plant and see how their hard work contributes to the Plant Oxford's continuing success. They were shown process demonstrations and product exhibitions which illustrated how their hard work combines to deliver the finished product.
Something for everybody
A host of fun activities were located around the plant including live music, martial arts displays and a gigantic children’s play area with ball pools and inflatables. The fun packed day included guest appearances from Paddy Hopkirk, Oxford United FC and Peppa Pig & George – from the popular children’s TV programme.
Russ Swift stunt driving stole the show
If anyone needed persuading what great vehicles were manufactured at Plant Oxford, then Russ Swift and his amazing stunt driving would seal it! His parallel parking at speed with a hand-brake turn with only inches to spare either side, racing around an obstacle course, or on two wheels - Russ really made the cars dance!
A Juggling Magician and Family Holiday Prize Draw
The Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive stand and demonstration was a real crowd pleaser. The juggling, unicycle riding magician, drew in the crowds with his entertaining displays and 'the family holiday prize draw' proved a popular attraction with thousands of people entering - the lucky winner being Mr Mariusz Koscinski of BMW Group.
