The primary goal when accepting the role of CEO at R&HA has been to ensure our company’s overall business strategy, mission, and objectives are aligned with our customers’ requirements. To support this, a high a level focus has been committed to ensure our greatest asset, our people, continue to feel valued and understand the challenging journey that we embark upon. We strongly believe that the key elements of our strategy should be transparent at all levels of our workforce. This premise is one of the most important foundations in bringing excellence to our performance and will assist our team to deliver the highest levels of service on a day-to-day basis.
Strategic Focus: To develop a more agile automotive logistics offering.
People: Learning, skills development, and communication to bring on more ‘home grown timber’.
Operations: Developing solutions to meet the changing world of the OEM and Tier 1 suppliers in automotive manufacturing’
Understanding the resources needed to deliver on the objectives set
Realigning our strategy and reimagining the power of our people, and set about recalibrating our capabilities. This gave the team a greater sense of direction, as there are now clear goals for us to be striving towards. We are also focused on both the rewards for success, and consequences for failing to achieve these goals. We're on target with our short term goals, and as we roll out the changes, you'll hopefully understand their significance.
