Hellmann Worldwide UK Strategy Conference
8th April 2024
Paul Brown and James Biddulph were invited to attend and speak at the third UK sales and strategy conference held by one of our parent companies.
Building knowledge and strengthening relationships
With the change in leadership at R&HA the past couple of years have seen a closer working relationship between the two organisations. This has been regarded as a really positive change in the dynamics between the two management teams and working closer has returned numerous benefits. The purpose of having a presentation by R&HA at the conference was to ensure the key players in the Hellmann Worldwide UK knew and understood the benefits that 'the child organisation' could offer their clients. Equally, that Paul and James were able to immerse themselves in with the UK sales teams and strategies to get a hands on understanding of the direction of the parent company for 2024.
Working collaboratively
The conference was a mix of sharing ideas and information plus team building activities, all with the goals of the two organisations working more collaboratively in 2024. There were numerous breakout sessions, where teamwork and pooling of knowledge was facilitated. As well as activities to generate fresh ideas for strengthening and nurturing valuable customer and partner relationships. It was clear at the end of the two days, to those involved in the conference, the resources, experience and opportunities are vast when we work collaboratively.
