Pastures new for Aubrey after many positive achievements

It's with a heavy heart we say farewell to Aubrey, he's been a fantastic contributor within the leadership team and played a keen part in the many recent changes. But we wish him well as he embarks on new challenges in a role closer to his home and his passion for the sea and sailing.

"I'll miss the people most but my time with the company has been memorable to say the least. During the last 10 years the challenges at Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive have included milestones probably never to be repeated. Including working through a pandemic to the impact of the transition to electric cars on production logistics, health and safety.  As a team and company operating in a challenging, complex and fast moving environment – we can be proud that we have made significant safety improvements together.

On a personal level, I have gained invaluable experience over the years as I have progressed to run the health and safety team. With the support of the company I’ve attended training and qualifications such as a Master in science in occupational health and safety management and the IEMA Environmental management qualification. I have then been able to use the information to make further improvements in the business. I have also learnt how to track and calculate our greenhouse gas emissions, and then to purchase carbon offset credits, as part of our carbon neutrality project.”
