R&HA are now actively involved in BMW Group's accelerated digital transformation through its strategic partnership with SAP to move all manufacturing plants and dealers to a single IT system which harmonises processes globally.

The Digital Transformation project is programmed to last until 2030
BMW have been planning this for the last few years and now it is R&HA's time to get involved. R&HA are working closely with BMW Group Plant Oxford to help make this as smooth-a-rollout as possible. The recent confirmation of the deal on January 25th 2023 marks a significant milestone as BMW Group aims to leverage the full potential of SAP's software solutions, utilising both the RISE with SAP solution. By integrating their cloud strategy with the existing SAP S/4HANA systems, BMW Group goal is to foster joint innovation across critical business areas, including finance, parts supply, warehousing, supply chain, and production. This strategic move will enable BMW Group to embark on a faster, more comprehensive, and efficient digitalisation journey.
A holistic solution
RISE with SAP stands as a holistic solution, encompassing applications, platforms, tools, and services required to drive business transformation, all under a single contract. Departing from the traditional licensing model, both companies will embrace an operating model that encompasses infrastructure, cloud applications, and operations.
As the onsite logistics provider at BMW Group Plant Oxford, R&HA plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting the application of the SAP software within the scope of our services. We recognise the immense potential this partnership holds for enhancing our logistical operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring optimal efficiency at every stage of the supply chain.
