Since Summer 2014 Process & Team Leaders have been involved in a major continuous improvement training programme to support the R&HA goal of providing world class service to customers, and improving the efficiency of all parts of the business.
Specialist training provided a problem solving toolkit
A series of 5 and 3-day workshops have been delivered onsite by a specialist training company Smallpeice Enterprises, who also work with Rudolph and Hellmann Automotives’ customers.
The training courses are designed to provide Managers, Process & Team Leaders with the skills to be able to identify opportunities for improvement in the workplace. The key learning is to use a problem solving toolkit to help eliminate waste and improve the efficiency of all our processes and work methods.
We are seeing great benefits from the programme
The teams are very enthusiastic about this opportunity to make positive changes within the workplace. The feedback from the individuals involved has been very positive.
Cultural Change
This important cultural change journey is continuing with the cascade of further training and improvement activities. The end goal is to help to ensure that R&HA works even more effectively with all their customers.
