The opportunity to consolidate a two track operation to a single track resulted in some very careful planning. Especially when the timeframe specified was 4 months.

In excess of 2,000 man hours was involved in relocating some 4,000 parts together with the reorganisation of the warehouse and line side delivery. This challenge was immense given such a short time frame.

Within the targeted time frame of 4 months, the Rudolph and Hellmann Automotive team planned and successfully implemented the consolidation from two track to one track.
